I can't find my downloaded PDF files.

If you cannot find your downloaded PDF pattern, please check the following locations on your device:
• iPhone / iPad: Open the "Files" app (blue folder icon) ＞ "Downloads".
• Android: Open your file management app (e.g., Files by Google) ＞ "Download" folder.
• PC / Mac: Check your browser's default "Downloads" folder.
*If you still cannot find it, please try downloading it again from the link in your STORES confirmation email using a different browser.

¿Dónde están mis archivos descargados?

Si no encuentras el archivo PDF descargado, revisa las siguientes ubicaciones:
• iPhone / iPad: Aplicación "Archivos" (carpeta azul) ＞ "Descargas".
• Android: Aplicación de gestión de archivos (ej. Files de Google) ＞ Carpeta "Descargas".
• PC / Mac: Carpeta de "Descargas" de tu navegador.
*Si aún no lo encuentras, intenta descargarlo de nuevo desde el enlace del correo de confirmación de STORES usando otro navegador.

I didn't receive my order confirmation email.

If you haven't received your order email from STORES, please check:
1. Spam / Junk Folder
Emails are automatically sent but often filtered.
2. Email Settings
Allow emails from the domain "@stores.jp".
3. Email Address
Check if you entered it correctly at checkout.
*If still missing, contact me via Instagram DM with your full name to check your order status.
